Every Friday night, A S'Mores Party at the community campfire ring north of the office, free S'Mores - different each week; Large Screen Movies; Cosmic Golf; Tie-Dying; Scavenger Hunts; Dances; Karaoke; Ranger Programs; Junior Ranger Programs; Crafts for Kids; and MORE!

2010 SCHEDULE
April 30	*Opening Day* Hayward Community Fish Fry
May 1	*Fishing Season Opens* Hayward area crappie fishing contest.
May 7	Mother's Day Weekend A great way to start your camping season is to bring Mom camping for her special day.
May 14 - 15	Come Camp With Us Weekend Help us to send kids with cancer to camp.
May 28 - 31 (3 night minimum)	Memorial Day Weekend! All our attractions will be started this weekend (weather permitting). We will have S'Mores on Friday evening, breakfast at the RED PINE; Praise and Worship on Sunday, ice cream social nightly, a talent show, crafts and games.
June 4	Fiesta Weekend Get an early start on your camping season. We will break a pinata and have other fun activities.
June 4	Anniversary Weekend! Come celebrate with us our 4th anniversary of owning Hayward KOA!
June 11	Halloween Weekend! Come prepared to celebrate Halloween. We will give prizes for the best decorated site. Be sure to bring candy for the trick or treaters; you'll want to join in on the costume parade.
June 18 - 20	Father's Day Weekend! Bring Dad for all you can eat pancakes at the Red Pine right here on the campground. There will be family games, t-shirt dyeing ($), candy bar bingo (one regular sized candy bar buys one bingo card) and cosmic golf ($).
June 25 - 27	Muskie Festival is celebrated in downtown Hayward.
June 25 - 27	Chocolate Weekend! What could be more fun than a weekend of chocolate??? Enjoy candy bar bingo (one regular sized candy bar buys one bingo card), chocolate pancakes, chocolate pudding eating contest and a chocolate slip 'n slide. There will be an adult pool party for those over 19 years old.
July 2 - 5 (3 night minimum)	INDEPENDENCE WEEKEND
July 2 - 5 (3 night minimum)	Watermelon Olympic Weekend. Try your luck at seed spitting, disc throwing, watermelon carving and more. Bring your bike to decorate with Red, White & Blue to follow the wagon ride on the 4th of July!
July 9	Wet & Wild Weekend! Cool down from the summer's heat with a balloon toss, relays and other water games. Bring your "Super Soaker" and prepare to GET WET!!. We will have a few other non-wet things to do, too!
July 16	Western Weekend! Howdy partner!! Bring your boots, cowboy hat and join in the Wild West games.
July 22 - 25	Annual Lumberjack World Championships is in Hayward. We provide a shuttle service for our campers. There is no need to worry about parking, just sign up in the office for a ride.
July 30	Luau Weekend! Reserve your ticket for the annual hog roast after May 1st by calling the office. Be sure to wear your flowered shirts and grass skirts for this party.
August 6	Chocolate Weekend! What could be more fun than a weekend of chocolate??? All of our activities will center around chocolate including a chocolate chip ' slide, chocolate pancakes and an adult pool party.
August 13	Pirate Weekend! Ahoy there Matey! Make sure you bring your flashlight to search for treasures in the night (age 12 and under).
August 20	Clowning Around Weekend Black light show, candy carnival, magic show, clown show and worship with a puppet show on Sunday.
August 27	Pet Party Weekend
September 3 - 6 (3 night minimum)	Labor Day Weekend Join us for the End Of Summer Celebration. Relax and enjoy our last weekend for the campgrounds' attractions. We will have games and fun activities this weekend. Sunday is Garage Sale Day, so bring those items to sell.
September 10	Camper Appreciation Weekend Thanks to all who have enjoyed our campground in 2010. If you stayed with us 3 - 5 days then take off 10% this weekend; 6 - 8 days, take off 20%; 9 - 11 days, take off 30%; 12 - 14 days, take off 40%; and over 14 days, you stay with us for 1/2 price! We appreciate your business and invite you to an evening meal (provided by us) on Saturday. Save those receipts for these great discounts.

September 17-19	Off road bicyclists from across the country and overseas will converge on Telemark Resort in Cable, WI for the running of the 28th Annual Chequamegon Fat Tire Festival.
September 25	26th Annual Hayward Fall Festival. Crafts, food & fun for all!
October 1	Halloween Weekend! Come prepared to celebrate Halloween. We will give prizes for the best decorated site contest. Be sure to bring candy for the trick or treaters and you'll want to join in on the costume parade!
	Bayfield Apple Festival. This festival has been rated as one of the Top 10 Autumn Festivals in North America. Food booths selling apples and apple delicacies. Kids carnival with games, rides, food. Arts & crafts booths, parade, Apple Dumpling Gang contest. Apple Pie contest. Boat parade & cruises, street performers and musical entertainment.
	Stone Lake Cranberry Festival. The festival celebrating the harvest of the cranberry! Tours, parade, crate derby, bake-off, music, arts & crafts and food vendors. Come join us to celebrate the cranberry!
October 4	The park closes on another great year of camping at Hayward KOA!
